Elizabeth George’s work is published by Valued Educational Services, LLC (“VES”), and as such VES’s  Privacy Policy Agreement shall apply to all individuals who visit her author’s page.  VES is committed to keeping any and all personal information collected of those individuals who visit our website(s) and make use of our online facilities and services accurate, secure, confidential, and private.   Our privacy policy has been designed and implemented to ensure those affiliated with VES of our commitment, realization, and our obligation not only to meet, but to exceed most existing privacy standards. 

Therefore, this Privacy Policy Agreement shall apply to VES and its users and thus it shall govern any and all data collection and use thereof.  Through the use of VES’s website and affiliates, you are consenting to the following data procedures expressed within this agreement.

Use of Information:  VES may collect and make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our website, and to ensure delivery of the services you request and need.  At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information to keep you informed as a means of other possible products and/or services that may be available to you through VES.  VES may also contact you regarding the completion of surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services that may be offered.   VES may disclose your personal information, without prior notice to you, only if required to do so in accordance with applicable law and/or in good faith believe that such action is deemed necessary or is required to:

   a. remain compliant with any decrees, laws, and/or statuses or in an effort to comply with any  process that may be served upon VES and/or website;

   c. perform under demanding conditions in an effort to safeguard the personal safety of VES’s users and the public.

3. Unsubscribe or Opt-out:  All users and/or visitors to our website have the option to discontinue receiving communication or reserve the rights to discontinue receiving communications from us via email or newsletter.  Please note, if you wish to discontinue—unsubscribe or opt-out — from any third-party website, you must go that specific website and make your decisions known.

Links to other Websites:  Our website does contain links to other websites.  VES does not claim or accept responsibility for any practices, privacy policy, and/or procedures of other websites.  Therefore, we encourage all users and visitors who leave VES’s website to link or connect to other websites, to read each individual privacy policy that collects personally identifiable information.  The aforementioned privacy policy applies only and solely to the information collected by VES’s website.

5. Security:  VES shall endeavor and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate, physical, procedure, and technical to our offices and information storage facilities to prevent any loss, misuse, disclosure, and/or modification of the user’s personally identifiable information under VES’s control.

6. Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement:  VES reserve the right to update and/or change its terms of its Privacy Policy, and as such will post the notice of the change and/or update at VES webpage—www.globalves.com, so that our users and visitors are always aware the type of information VES collects, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, VES may disclose the information.  If at any point in time VES decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from when that information was initially collected, the user or users will be promptly notified by email.  Users at that time will have the option to decide whether or not to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.

Acceptance of Terms:  Through the use of VES’s website you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated in the aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement.  If you are not in agreement with the terms and conditions of VES Privacy Policy Agreement then you should refrain from further use of the sites.  In addition, your continued used of our website following the posting any changes or updates shall mean that you are in agreement and acceptance of such changes.

The information graphics, images, text, and language are copyrighted and is the sole property of VES.  This website must be used in compliance with all applicable law.   Also, no “screen scraping” and/or “data base scraping” is allowed.  ALL unauthorized use is prohibited.

This website is developed mainly for informational and promotional purposes, except for our clients who use the e-commerce application for the purchase of books and other educational products and services.  VES supporters (patrons and references), employees, contractors, officers, and/or owners cannot be held liable and/or responsible for any and all claims made in this website, which is reliable upon.   VES alone is a party to any contract or agreements made on behalf of VES and signed by a legal representative of VES and client(s) of VES.
